We have framework agreements with, among others, Vattenfall, Fortum, and E.ON, and we also provide services to smaller companies.

Your Role

We are looking for an experienced business unit manager in electricity/power distribution networks for the Stockholm region. The role is central to a long-term investment where we have recently received several new assignments from one of our largest network owner clients.

This is a unique opportunity to take overall responsibility for a well-established business unit and continue to build on an already strong foundation. You will report directly to the CEO and be part of the company's management team along with three other business unit managers across the country.

Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily operations of a business unit with approximately 100–200 million SEK
• Lead 5–10 professionals (planners, project managers, project administrators) as well as electricians in production
• Budget, results, and financial management in close collaboration with controllers
• Ensure planning, delivery, quality, work environment, and good customer relations
• Work closely with support functions

Your Profile

• We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of industry experience in electricity/power distribution networks
• Very good knowledge of EBR
• Experience as a project manager or similar role in the industry
• Leadership experience or clear leadership potential
• Understanding of the business as a whole – finance, delivery, quality, and customer requirements

Recruitment Process
